Nadia Fasola, an aerialist who specializes in silks, rope, sequences and dynamic work, has been teaching and performing for over eight years. Improve your technique with skillful drills, master dynamic transitions, and try some doubles work. A top aerial teachr, Nadia hs a strong background in flexibility and strength building..
The retreat will focus on technique in the mornings and performance work in the afternoons (sequencing and choreography). Plus you’ll eat delicious food and enjoy down time in the salt jacuzzi with a sea view! Don’t miss your chance to learn from Nadia and rejuvenate in Portugal!
Get Ready to...
challenge yourself with new material and push yourself in a final showcase. We will help you build a performance piece to present -- learn how to choose the right music, adapt the choreography, and create the ‘character’ with visuals, props, make-up and costumes.

You will leave with a number you can use as a solo act or integrate into a larger show.

Pose with your best point forward in the beautiful semi-open studio for a professional photographer! You’ll receive a set of beautiful insta-worthy stills for your portfolio.

All levels are welcome, but beginners should have some basic knowledge of aerial silks: a few climbs, hip key, catchers, foot locks, and be able to freely hang and invert in the air.
Enjoy Our Facilities
Salt jacuzzi with crystal clear water, morning swims in a salt pool and sea views during lunch breaks. Plus, you’ll sleep in luxurious accommodation! Set in a quiet, residential area, all lodging is within a 5 minute walk of the studio.
