In House & Retreat Center
Ever since I started practicing silks almost 10 years ago, my dream was to open a retreat center. I wanted to create a space where I could invite other aerialists from around the world to work together co-creating beautiful, life-changing experiences. I chose the Algarve because it has gorgeous weather most of the year, delicious & nutritious locally grown food, and a calm, relaxed environment. With a special focus on wellness and the aerial arts, I especially love retreats that combine new and exciting elements in a unique package.
Retreat Center
With 13 aerial points, 8.5 (7) and 7 meters high (6 points), the stunning hexagonal studio is the perfect place for rejuvenating, reconnecting and recording!
The retreat center offers delicious and nutritious meals from locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Luxurious villas and apartments nearby ensure you get good sleep while you’re here and enjoy the serenity of this quiet, peaceful area just 1 km from the beach.

Innovative Aerials:
Discover your path to flight
From beginner to advanced aerial silks classes for children (aged 7 and up) and adults, the studio offers weekly sessions. Classes and workshops throughout the year include many apparatuses (aerial lyra, hammock, aerial yoga, trapeze, straps and rope). Check out the studio calendar:
