Where: House of Honey Studio (1km from Lagos, Portugal in the Algarve)

Enjoy a second summer in the sunny Algarve training in the new House of Honey aerial studio just 1 km outside of Lagos. Whether you only have some experience or you’re an advanced aerialist, we can accommodate all skill levels.

Participants can choose to focus on silks, rope or hammock and are also welcome to try a new element! The classes will focus on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. We will also incorporate elements of creative art, such as how to infuse your aerials with dance, putting choreography to music and using theater to enliven your sequence. When you’re not training, enjoy some downtime in our on-site salt pool, jacuzzi and ice bath overlooking the sea :)

Participation is limited to 15 so reserve your spot now!

Rope & Silks Teacher: Gianluca Gerlando Gentiluomo, circus performer and teacher for over 20 years.

All breakfasts and lunches are included and we will enjoy one dinner out together in Lagos, the coolest little city in the Algarve. Prepared by a professional chef who focuses on the freshest local ingredients available, we do our best to make sure most of what you will eat is less than 20 kilometers farm to table.

Detailed menus will be prepared once we know dietary requirements but vegan and special diets are not a problem.

On Day 3, we will all take an excursion together to see the gorgeous Algarvian coastline on a sailboat through the stunning rocky canyons. After the boat trip, we can either kayak, surf or hang out together on the beach. For those who prefer hiking, this is also an option. After the day out we will convene for a shared dinner in Lagos.

For accommodation, you can choose to stay either right next door in the stunning Four Winds Villa (shared or private rooms available for up to 6) or the gorgeous Bell Apartments overlooking a lush green valley (5 min walk down the street). Here you have the option of a private apartment, a private room or a shared room.

Come fly with us!

How to get here:

Lagos is about 3 hours drive south of Lisbon. You have buses and trains to get here.

The nearest airport is Faro and you have cheap flights on RyanAir and EasyJet from many major European cities. From Faro, it’s a 45 minute drive and there are ubers and taxis (about 75 euros). If we have several arriving at similar times, we can arrange shared transport from the airport to House of Honey.
